KY系列鉆孔機是地基與基礎處理設備，適用于CFG、CFA，工法、灌注樁、軟基加固等多種基礎施工，是近幾年來發展起來的一種復合地基處理新技術，已列為國家級新工法和國家施工規范。
我公司生產的KY系列鉆機具有如下特點：
1、 鉆機采用長螺旋成孔，可通過鉆桿中心管將混凝土(或泥漿)注入孔底。即能鉆孔成樁由一機一次完成，也可用地干法成孔，注漿置換等多種工法。
2、 動力頭采用雙電機驅動、大中心通孔的減速機，承載、過載能力強，結構緊湊，噪音低，壽命長，是目前國內打樁機最理想的動力裝置。
3、 樁架為液壓步履式結構，可自行起落臂架，行走、回轉、對位準確、可靠，施工效率高，勞動強度低。
4、 鉆機采用拖運與裝運結合的方式，整體性強，場地轉移方便，使用費用低。
5、 整體的電氣、液壓、操縱、監視儀表均集中在司機室內，司鉆人員操作方便、簡單。
液壓系統
包括油泵電機總成、郵箱、支腿油缸、行走油缸、斜撐油缸、油管、閥件等。液壓系統均安裝在底盤上，控制集中在司機室內。
鉆桿、鉆頭
本機采用螺旋式鉆桿，為法蘭連接方式。鉆桿底部的鉆頭設有活門，防止泥沙進入中心管內。壓注混凝土(或泥漿)可自行打開。
動力頭
由兩個風冷電機、減速機、彎頭、提升架和滑塊組成，工作時兩個電機通過聯軸器帶動減速器的高速軸旋轉，將動力傳給低速軸，低速軸通過法蘭帶動鉆桿作旋轉運動，低速軸為中空軸，上端設有密封裝置與彎管接通。
行走機構采用電動履帶式和步履帶式，移動方便、施工效率高、電機故障率低、維修費用大大減少。電履帶式樁機履帶接地長從2.8M～5M,而步履帶式樁機步履每步行走1.2M～2M的范圍，給施工帶來很大的便利。
施工過程中輔以油缸支腿，使樁機更加穩固可靠，不會發生側傾翻機事故步履帶式和電履帶式長螺旋樁機配置不同的油缸支腿以方便施工。
電控系統設計先進、合理、可靠。采用國際知名品牌的電器元件性能穩定、可靠，并且采用有線控制方式，減少指揮人員。操作機手可自己找準樁位。
回轉機構可使樁架進行360°回轉， 兩個斜撐調整機構可獨立動作，實現樁駕立

The CFG series drilling machine is a kind of equipment for foundation construction as well as foundation treatment. It fits various kinds of foundation constructions, like the CFG、CFA， construction method, perfusion method and soft foundation strengthen etc. It's one of the latest technique and treatment for compound foundation construction, and it has been listed as a new state-level construction technique and construction standard.
Our company's KY series drilling machine has the features as below:
1. The drill machine is adopted the long screw to dig the hole and can perfuse concrete into the hole's bottom through the center of drill rod. It can make pile only by one machine in one time, and is suitable for dry method, replacement of infuse and some other construction processes.
2. The power head device is adopted speed reducer with large hole through the center and drove by double-motor, which guarantes the high bearing capacity, compact structure, low noise and long service life. It's the most idealest power device in domestic pile drive field at this present.
3. Hydraulic static moving device is adopted for this pile-driving frame, so that it can raise and down the arm frame automatically, walk, rotary and accurate emplacement and reliably, as well as high efficiency and low strength of labor.
4. Drill rig is adopted the combined way of consignment and shipment, features good integrity, easy to transfer and low expense cost.
5. All the monitoring instruments for electric, hydraulic, and operation are centralized at the driver cab. It's convenient and easy to operate.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system, including a assembly of oil pump motor, oil tank, supporting cylinder, moving cylinder, sprag cylinder, oil tube and valve, etc, are installed on the chassis. The controller centralized in driver cab makes the machine more easy to operate.
Drilling rod and drilling bit
Drilling machine uses screw drilling rod and flange coupling. There is no valve at the bottom of the drilling rod, so that it can stop silt leaking into the center tube. Moreover, the tube can open automatically when concrete or slurry is injected in by force.
Power Head
The power head consists of two wind cold motors, a speed reducer, an elbow, a pulling yoke, and a sliding block. When working, the two motors revolve the high speed shaft of the speed reducer through their couplings to pass power to the low speed shaft, and then the low speed shaft revolve the drill pipe though its flange. The low speed shaft, being a hollow shaft, connects the syphon through a sealing device.
Electric crawler type and step moving type are adopted for walking mechanism, which brings a good result of convenient movement, high efficiency, low troubleshooting and low maintenance cost. The grounding length of the creeper tread for electric crawcer is 2.8M to 5.0M. The moving strolce for step moving type is 1.2M to 2.0M brining great convenience when the machine working.
Using supporting cylinder during construction process enables drilling machine to be more stable and reliable , and avoids side tumbling accident . What's more, it is equiped different machine to realize the 360° full revolution supporting cylinder on the step moving type and electric crawler type.
Advanced electric controller system is reasonable and reliable. Electronic components come from world-class brands, feature stable and reliable. It is used of wire controller system reduces the amount of commanders. Operators can find the pile position correctly.
Rotating mechanism can realize the 360° full revolution. The speed reducer with large frame makes sure of the less damage.
Two sprag adjusting mechanism can work independently and adjust the perpendicularity of the pile holder successfully.
